1. Relative to the axis a of the thread groove surface, measure the circumferential deflection value in the radial direction of the screw support part.
2. Measure the coaxiality of the part installation part relative to the axis F of the screw support part.
3. Relative to the axis e of the screw support part, measure the squareness of the end face of the support part.
4. Relative to the screw thread g, measure the squareness of the datum plane of the nut or the flange mounting surface.
5. Measure the coaxiality of the outer edge circumference (cylindrical) of the nut relative to the screw axis A.
6. Measure the parallelism of the outer edge of the nut (flat head mounting surface) relative to the screw axis C.
7. Total deflection value in the radial direction of screw axis.

Linear guide rail is also called linear guide rail.  
Such machine parts are precision parts.  
Therefore, a little carelessness will cause damage to the workpiece.  
Enterprises must take a more cautious attitude in production and operation to avoid linear problems caused by improper use.  
Guide damage
First, use requirements.
There is also a great demand for the application of environmental linearity guidelines.  
This is not only invisible dust, but also invisible dust exists in our production environment.  
If the dust falls on the linear guide rail, there will be adverse use reactions such as increased wear of the guide rail.  
The increase of mechanical vibration and noise will cause other use problems.
2、 Installation.
Attention shall be paid to the installation of linear guide rail.  
We cannot force the guide rail during installation, nor can we use heavy objects to install and knock the guide rail.  
If the installation is incorrect, technical measures shall be taken for installation.
3、 Rust prevention.
In order to avoid this situation, first of all, do not take these accessories directly by hand. The correct method is to wash your hands before use, remove stains and sweat, and then apply some mineral oil on the straight track, and then carry out other exercises.  
Go, go, especially in the humid summer, we must do a good job of moisture protection.

1. The standard product of wire guide rail has sealed the lubricating oil (lubricating oil or lithium soap base grease) in the guide rail before shipment.  
After installation and commissioning, lubricate the sliding block before formal operation.  
The lubricant shall be the same lithium soap based lubricant.
The standard product of linear guide rail is coated with anti rust agent before shipment.
2. If there is any action to clean the slide during installation, please use appropriate lubricant (please use the lubricant suitable for the slide) to coat the slide surface again after the installation of mechanical equipment.
3. Since the guide rail of the linear guide rail is composed of multiple plastic parts, avoid contacting or soaking these parts with organic solvent during cleaning to avoid damaging the product.
4. Foreign matters entering the slider are one of the reasons for the damage of the slider and should be avoided.
5. Disassembly and assembly of any linear slider component will cause foreign matters to enter the slider or reduce its accuracy.  
Do not disassemble the coil at will.
6. Tilting the linear slider incorrectly may cause the slider to fall off its slider due to its own weight.  
When moving the linear slide, keep the linear slide horizontal.
7. The falling or collision of the linear slider may damage the normal working function.  
Do not use the linear slider to avoid improper falling.
8. If there are special requirements, please use appropriate surface treatment or contact HIWIN.
9. The allowable ambient temperature of self-lubricating linear slide rail (E2 type) is - 10 ~ 60 ℃; The allowable ambient temperature of silent linear slide rail (Q1 type) is - 10 ~ 80 ℃; The allowable ambient temperature of metal end cover linear slide rail (SE type) is 150 ℃.  
In addition, the allowable temperature of ordinary linear slide rail is 100 ℃.
