Precision Grinding Grade Planetary Roller Screw Department:
Pre-treated raw materials undergo precision machining before heat treatment, followed by standard heat-treating techniques such as quenching and tempering. After heat treatment, the components are subjected to multiple stages of rough and fine grinding, and their accuracy is verified using a laser measuring instrument, ensuring superior precision and extended product lifespan.
